I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to build a career by doing what I love. My passion is to help others, but I 

struggled in direct care work. My talents lie in equipping others to do direct care work. Creating quality trainings has provided me the chance to help others by equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to do so.
