Engaging the Adult Learner
Training tells a story. Training provides the learner with key information that is important to their work. Training is an opportunity to provide accurate information. However, poorly developed training will fail to accomplish its goals. Training must be created with a focus on the adult learner. By creating beautiful trainings, I have the opportunity to tell a story, provide key information, and to provide accurate information while engaging the adult learner.
